This is a four-week workout challenge via a private Facebook group. All workout videos are uploaded to the group, and the nutritional guide is included. You have access to the workout videos until the end of the month.

The Chair Workout Group consists of low-impact standing workouts only.

One -Time Payment: $30

1) Chair

2)1 to 3-pound dumbbells. You can grab two canned goods or water bottles if you don't have any dumbbells.(optional) 

3)1 to 5-pound ankle weights (optional) 

4) Light Resistance Bands

IMPORTANT: When requesting to join the group, you must answer the membership question and agree to the group rules.  Failure to do so will result in your request being declined, and you will need to submit a new request.


If your registered name differs from your Facebook name, please allow additional time for verification. Additionally, ensure that you register with the correct email address, as your confirmation email will be sent there.
