Beginner Urban Step Aerobics Challenge


This is a 4-Week Beginner Urban Step Aerobics Challenge hosted in a Private Facebook Group!
All workout videos will be uploaded to the private Facebook group, allowing you to complete them anytime that fits your schedule. A nutritional guide is also included, and you’ll have access to all workouts until the end of the month.
