Thick Chick Fitness365 Bootcamp consist of very intense workouts! These workouts are not for slackers! These high-intensity, total body workouts are designed to “make the body rain” sweat, burn calories, slim down, drop weight, tone up, build stamina and endurance.
Urban Step Aerobics will help you burn so many calories. You will step to high energy music. The instructor will demonstrate and walk you through the basic movements. The steps/movement will be called out also. This is a fun and energetic class. You will definitely sweat! We turn all the way up in Urban Step Aerobics!!!
Sit & Get Fit consist of doing exercises in your chair. This is a great class for people with knee and joint issues. Chair exercises can strengthen everything from the core muscles and the glutes to the lower and upper back, the legs, and the arms. Occasionally, we will use light weights and resistance bands.
The 4 Week Low Impact Workout Challenge consists of 20 On-Demand workouts to feel good music designed with the perfect balance of low impact, toning exercises and cardio to help you feel good, energized and empowered. Materials Needed: 1-3 pound weights, chair, and wide bands.
