1–3 lb hand weights (or two water bottles or canned goods)

This 30-minute low-impact chair workout is designed to help you build strength, boost circulation, and improve flexibility — all from the comfort of your chair! Great for plus size, beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a safe, joint-friendly movement option.
We'll target your legs, core, arms, and glutes, using gentle resistance and upbeat energy to keep you moving and motivated. Modifications are always welcome!
